It has been an incredible finish to 2012 and start to 2013 with over $15Million of sales transactions in the last 5 weeks. In addition, I have appraised several new properties that are gearing up for the market and will be marketed under the Auction process - very exciting!

 

I was hoping to be advising of at least 3 properties under contract at the moment however due to this time of year it is taking a little bit longer than usual, so I will have to keep you waiting at least another week for the details.

Hey we made it! Festivus has been and gone, pretty much in the blink of an eye but that doesn't go without saying -

To be quite honest it didn't really stop for us and I have been negotiating right throughout the last two weeks with a few big deals already done and currently finalising a couple more. That being said we still managed to squeeze in a bit more pool-time with the kids and catching up with friends - so its all good.

Holy Christmas craziness batman! What a busy year it has been, I can't believe it is actually drawing to a close - BUT not before 2 more Auctions! Talk about squeezing every final drop out of 2012 and I am already lining up the deals and Auction campaigns for 2013!

By the way, if you're into 007 movies, you have to see Skyfall - it is seriously sensational! We took the kids this week and it was the coolest thing out - was hard to drive the AMG normally on the way home!

I have to say I am totally in my element at the moment dealing with quality buyers looking to do solid/professional business and get themselves into the deep waterfront market. Everyday is spent setting up deals, writing up contracts and negotiating - my favourite part! The auctions have been a major contributor to flushing out the potential buyers for each property and creating a deadline for sellers alike who need to get going. It has been an exciting 18months or more with so much more positivity and activity in the market which is great for everyone and the area as a whole.
