It has been an incredible finish to 2012 and start to 2013 with over $15Million of sales transactions in the last 5 weeks. In addition, I have appraised several new properties that are gearing up for the market and will be marketed under the Auction process - very exciting!

 

I was hoping to be advising of at least 3 properties under contract at the moment however due to this time of year it is taking a little bit longer than usual, so I will have to keep you waiting at least another week for the details.

Hey we made it! Festivus has been and gone, pretty much in the blink of an eye but that doesn't go without saying -

To be quite honest it didn't really stop for us and I have been negotiating right throughout the last two weeks with a few big deals already done and currently finalising a couple more.
