OK before we get to what an exciting week we just had, we are always looking for the next BIG thing and this week we have:

Now for the week that transpired!

After 4-5 weeks of negotiations I’m happy to report that YES, 24 Culbara Street, Mooloolaba is now unconditional and SOLD with the new owners Richard and Sharon moving in within 60 days. A big thank you to my fantastic client Leigh and warm congratulations to the buyers. They so love the property and can’t wait to move in... Love my job!!!!



Last Sunday was my first Chattels Auction that I’d organised and co-ordinated and it was simply AWESOME............ What a turnout with over 400 people attending and our chosen charity organisation “Sailability “cleaned up. A BIG thank you to Brad and Nicole the owners for opening up their doors to a fantastic event, I'm sure many owners walked away thinking what a great idea! Also, thank you to Liam from Mick's Meat Barn for donating all 350  sausages for the sausage sizzle, which sold out!
Overall summary:
140 registered bidders
Sailability raised $ 650 from the sausage sizzle and an additional $1250
(donated by the owners)
Auction went from 2pm through to 7.30pm with all but 2 items not sold.
