Here is some very exciting news for the ELITE lifestyle properties team:
I am pleased to announce that Rob Keam has joined ELITE lifestyle properties. Rob has been in real estate for the past 20 years and comes with great knowledge and understanding and with an incredible database of contacts that he has created over those years. Rob is unique in the sense of his keen interest in diversity and will be able to offer to all of our client’s insight into major development opportunities locally and Queensland wide. It has been an incredible finish to 2012 and start to 2013 with over $15Million of sales transactions in the last 5 weeks. In addition, I have appraised several new properties that are gearing up for the market and will be marketed under the Auction process - very exciting!
 
I was hoping to be advising of at least 3 properties under contract at the moment however due to this time of year it is taking a little bit longer than usual, so I will have to keep you waiting at least another week for the details.

Hey we made it! Festivus has been and gone, pretty much in the blink of an eye but that doesn't go without saying -
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!
All the best for for a fantastic 2013 and good luck with all those new year resolutions!

To be quite honest it didn't really stop for us and I have been negotiating right throughout the last two weeks with a few big deals already done and currently finalising a couple more. That being said we still managed to squeeze in a bit more pool-time with the kids and catching up with friends - so its all good.
