E-NEWS UPDATE: 26/04/2013

Hi there!
I imagine there would be some bleary-eyed onlookers to the blog today, having attended the dawn service yesterday, followed by perhaps a couple of cleansing ales? Massive turn-outs across the country are testament to the legacy they leave behind and credit to those who make sure we never forget - we really are the lucky country!

In regards to whats happening in our sensational deep waterfront precinct, I am going to have to say it again - I am still negotiating a couple of very large deals at the moment as well as mid-range and entry level......I can just hear you saying, 'you always say that'! Truth is, it takes time to get these deals together - especially to exhaust all options to make sure the deal is air-tight and the best deal for both parties. So really, keep an eye on the blog - there is big news coming......in the meantime:

E-NEWS UPDATE: 19/04/2013

Well finally after all the rain we have been able to get the photos taken and kick-start some exciting marketing campaigns. A little bit of diversity as you will see, however sensational all the same!

A quick note also, that the office will be closed this coming Thursday in remembrance of our Anzac's. I'm sure it is a day close to a lot of peoples hearts and I hope you all take time out to just appreciate how lucky we are to live where we do and remember those who fought to protect it.

Wow how is this rain...seriously between juggling inspections and photo shoots when you have marketing campaigns booked, auctioneers booked etc etc...it gets a little...well...annoying? But what can you do, just enjoy it I suppose....somehow!

 

Has anyone stopped to think though, what about the poor Harley in the garage getting no love and no fun! Its more than just humans that get affected you know.
