Good morning all!

What a week! Do you ever feel like the 'road-runner' where your legs are spinning a thousand miles an hour but your not getting anywhere as fast as what you want? Well that's this week and somehow here we are and its Friday....we made it!

I am very excited to introduce our newly appointed office manager, Robyn Sanders who comes highly qualified with excellent references who is going to be a major asset to our team. Robyn started her career in NZ as Business Development Manager for a major franchise group and has been living in OZ for the past 3 years. We wish to thank Kerry for the past 12 months with the ELITE lifestyle properties team and wish her all the best for the future.

We are also on track with the launch of our completely remodelled web-site due to kick-off mid-august. So much great stuff happening - with only more to come!

Well I am absolutely rapt to report that after an incredible amount of interest during the strategic 4 week Auction campaign on 32 Beltana Crescent, Buddina the home SOLD UNDER THE HAMMER last Sunday. It was a fantastic turn-out with 8 registered  - both the new owners and the sellers were over the moon with the result and it was just a good outcome for both parties.

E-NEWS UPDATE: 11/07/2013

Hi y'all and a happy Thursday to you!

Well I don't know if its the cold snap or the rain or what, but this has been an odd week! Absolutely run off my feet with inspections (dodging the showers) - Have signed up a variety of deep waterfront homes ranging from entry level to the very elite of the top-end, yet when I have come to put it on paper for this weeks blog, it looks - well 'odd'.

It usually takes the good part of a full working week to get a new listing up and running, professionally photographed and launched onto the web-site so there will be more to view next week. E-NEWS UPDATE: 04/07/2013

Welcome back!

In the coming weeks there will be some exciting changes to the weekly updates! Elite lifestyle properties are about to completely redesign and launch the new-look web-site. We are currently fine-tuning the functionality and design elements and I know I am biased - but it looks totally hot!

You know the www.waterfrontproperties.com.au site has done its time with little change since its launch in 1999 - a true testament to our original web designers Kurt and Rosemarie from Webtechnic.

In recent months we have focused on further developing Elite's 'trademark look', so that when you receive something in the mail, catch up on news with the blog or read through the property advertisements in the paper - you immediately know - it's Elite!

From photography, to copy writing, to marketing strategy, to appearance on the web and in press - we want your property to have the ELITE package. To attract as many buyers as possible so we can do our favourite part - negotiating the sale!

Now you may be sick motorbike videos but you have to understand we have had the wettest winter I can remember - the Harley has just been serviced and a new front tyre - I'm just a bit frustrated.
