WATERFRONT UPDATE 30/07/2012

Good morning and what fantastic weather we are finally having......
Over the weekend I had several waterfront homes open for inspection and overall a good turnout on Saturday with some good quality buyers out and about.
We had a great day yesterday with the kids and ended up at Noosa for some retail therapy and lunch up at Peregian Beach. We certainly live in a great part of the world that’s for sure.

For something a little different clients of mine who have just sold their property at 5 Adaluma Ave, Buddina through us at auction have asked us to conduct a chattels auction. There are some amazing items that will be auctioned and seriously quality expensive furnishings, artwork, awesome sporting memorabilia, Hot Rod and lots more. Kelli Black is doing all of the photography on selected items, which we’ll make available for you to view. Gordon McDonald will be our auctioneer on the day and we are really looking forward to a great turnout and I have no doubt there will be a lot off happy buyers walking away with seriously good stuff.

As you can see we are now blogging rather than bulk e-mailing you with pictures and large files that some of you may not be able to open or simply to long to download. The feedback we’ve had has been sensational and within 2 hours of last week’s link being e-mailed I had 250 people viewing the site and we’ve received some very complimentary feedback. Thank you and we love pushing the envelope and being innovative.

A GOOD VIBE:
There’s some really good positive news floating in the market at the moment with Clive Palmer and his idea’s on future development on the Sunshine Coast and offcourse the Kawana Hospital, which is simply going to add and inject a huge workforce into the immediate area. See below for your viewing.
