E-NEWS UPDATE: 21/09/2012

Lots of news to report this week, so here we go:

PROPERTY UPDATES:

Auctioned just under 4 weeks ago with 2 registered bidders, I am excited to report that after negotiations the property is now under contract.

 
24 Culbara Street, Mooloolaba
The contract on Culbara Street is near full term and I would like to say thank you again to Leigh the owner for his loyalty and patience to finalise negotiations and a big congratulation to Richard and Sharon the new owners.
 
 
18 Driftwood Court, Bokarina
Another great campaign over 5 weeks, 1 registered bidder at auction, this beachside property is now sold. Thank you to our clients John and Sharon and a big congrats to new owners Shane and Renea.
 
In the past few weeks we have been in negotiations on several waterfront properties that are close to being finalised, keep an eye out for our next posting right here on the blogspot.

With sadness I report that Debra my office manager has decided it’s time for her and Chris to move back down to Brisbane to be closer to her family. Totally understandable but very sorry to see her go!!! Her input has been totally invaluable and from the bottom of my heart I thank her and wish her all the very best.

HOLIDAYS:
After several years having not been able to get away, we are finally off taking the kids and heading over to Vietnam. I’ll be away from the 23rd September and back on deck on the 4th October. Don’t think that business stops while I’m away... far from it for Julie Coffey will be looking after my clients and already she has inspections booked with buyers on my properties while I’m away. KENNILWORTH RODEO:
Last weekend, we loaded up the bike and ventured out Kennilworth for the annual rodeo and to catch up with the out-laws (in-laws but sounds tougher!) who have acreage out that way. Fantastic ride through the country side, even got up close and personal with some of the local bovine! The rodeo was a classic, though missed a fair bit due to open house commitments (of course) but stayed the night and enjoyed a few rumbos and an open fire with Bob and Pam. Pretty cool eh! Well I look forward to hitting the ground running on my return with the Auction of 9 Nevis Court and sharing a few happy snaps from our travels. Can't wait!
